Refund policy

Hello!

If someone looks at the cancellation information here, there is uncertainty - so why not clarify the uncertainty with us by asking questions by email or telephone and study the information about cancellation instead? Absolutely incomprehensible to us.

Withdrawals occur in less than one percent of purchases; our goal is zero. For us, a cancellation means that we take back a part that was made to order. We do not keep a stock of finished pieces. At the time we made it, we couldn't make anything else. A return is an expense for us, DHL will of course not reimburse us for the shipping costs. Many payment processors also do not refund transaction fees. We packed everything for free and have to unpack it, check it and pack it back into (new) boxes before reselling it. The effort extends through the entire process, right up to the accounting. This quickly adds up to ten to twenty percent of the purchase price in costs that we are stuck with. We are not Amazon, where these costs are passed on to the sellers. It's not that important to them, given that mass-produced goods are sold on pallets. So, it's fair if we work together here. We ask people who “want to take a look or try it out” to order somewhere else.

Everyone else is very welcome. We will be happy to clarify any questions before purchase.

It should also be possible for everyone to measure the available space in the apartment. This can be done in just a few minutes and potentially saves us a lot of useless work.

Quality is extremely important to us. If there is really something wrong, we will fix it immediately and 100%.

And here the formalities:

Right of withdrawal

As an EU resident only, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. We do not offer a cancellation option for non-EU addresses, as reversing customs clearance is bureaucratic and therefore time-consuming.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made products. This includes those products that can no longer be disassembled after completion due to colors or shapes and can therefore no longer be converted into a standard configuration.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Designcraft s.r.o, Na Zatlance 1908/4, 150 00 Prague, Czech Republic, info@mbk12.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Shipping will take place to our address in the Czech Republic and will cost up to twenty euros with DHL. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
